Passenger should report lost property through the relevant completed trip promptly.

Providers should reasonably cooperate and return recovered items through an agreed method.

06Authorities

For suspected theft, high-value items or serious matters, Yango may advise contacting the police/competent authority.

07Privacy

Information used for recovery is handled under the Privacy Notice.
