Yango aims to reduce risk through provider verification, trip information, safety tools, reporting and account controls.
Yango may verify identity, licence, vehicle registration, insurance and other required documents before activation and during continued use.
Passenger should match provider and vehicle details shown in the app before entering.
Use seat belts where required/available, do not distract the driver and behave respectfully.
Where available, passengers can share trip information and Yango may record location necessary for trip operation and safety.
Immediate danger/medical emergency should be directed to the appropriate emergency service. Yango tools are not a replacement for emergency services.
