01Status

Taxi providers are independent businesses using Yango as a technology platform.

02Legal Compliance

Maintain all taxi/passenger-transport licences, permits, registration, insurance and approvals.

03Driver Verification

Each driver must be properly authorised and use only an approved vehicle/account.

04Pricing

Use the Yango pricing model or approved provider-selected price where enabled; no undisclosed fare.

05Commission/Subscription

Provider may select an available Yango commercial package, subject to the provider agreement.

06Payment

Cash is paid to the taxi provider; online payments may be processed through Yango/payment providers. Provider settles Yango amounts due.

07Safety

Drivers must follow road laws and treat passengers respectfully.

08Cancellation

Repeated cancellations may result in warning, restriction or suspension.

09Complaints

Provider must cooperate with complaints, accidents, safety investigations and lawful authority requests.
