Provider is an independent service provider, not a Yango employee, agent, partner or joint-venture participant.
Provider must hold all licences, permits, registrations and approvals required for the offered service.
Provider must supply accurate identity, driving licence, vehicle registration, insurance and other requested documents and keep them current.
Provider is responsible for roadworthiness, cleanliness, safety, maintenance and lawful passenger use.
Provider must maintain insurance appropriate to the vehicle/service and notify Yango of expiry, cancellation or material restriction.
Safe and lawful driving is mandatory. No driving under influence, dangerous driving, unlawful phone use, harassment or abuse.
Use passenger data only for the relevant trip and lawful business purposes.
Follow the applicable Yango pricing model and do not demand undisclosed charges.
Cash is collected from the passenger. Provider remains responsible for applicable Yango commission/platform amounts.
Repeated cancellation may lead to warning, restriction or suspension.
Report accidents and serious incidents promptly and cooperate with insurers, authorities and Yango.
Yango may suspend/terminate for safety issues, document problems, serious complaints, fraud, non-payment, repeated cancellations or breach.
